By accessing or using the Privada mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. License GrantPrivada grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.2. User AccountsYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.3. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:* Post or share illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content.
* Impersonate another person or entity.
* Provide false or misleading information.
* Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
* Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
* Violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others.
* Use the App to spam, harass, or intimidate other users.Privada maintains zero tolerance for abusive behavior. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.4. User-Generated ContentYou retain ownership of the content you submit through the App. However, by submitting content, you grant Privada a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App.You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.5. Vendor Listings and CommunicationsPrivada provides a platform that allows users to discover and contact vendors and service providers.Privada does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, safety, or reliability of any listing, vendor, or service advertised through the App. Any transactions, agreements, communications, phone calls, text messages, or interactions between users and vendors are solely between those parties.Privada is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, damages, losses, or other issues arising from interactions between users and vendors.6. Content ModerationPrivada reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.Users may report violations by contacting:Email: [email protected]7. Account Suspension and TerminationPrivada may suspend or terminate your account if:* You violate these Terms;
* Your actions create legal exposure or risk to Privada or other users;
* You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.8. Age RequirementsYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account or publish listings through the App.9. Subscription TermsPrivada may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your App Store account settings after purchase.Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.Subscription pricing and available plans may change from time to time and will be disclosed within the App before purchase.10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.11. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Privada does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Privada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.13.
